PEG Clinics: Nurse Specialist and Dietitian for adults and paediatric patients
North South North West Statewide
Accept referrals from GP's in relation to existing patients requiring assistance. However start-up referrals only accepted from Paediatricians or PEG nurse.
All referrals should comply to referral standards and include in particular:

- Known food allergies and intolerances
- Please ask the patient or carer to take a copy of their feeding regime when they see the dietitian
Results of any tests appropriate for the referral type are helpful – such as allergy testing, gut function, bowel issues, renal dysfunction, general biochemistry etc.
